Tod Melton holds mediation certificates from multiple accredited universities. He has served on committees of the Illinois Supreme Court and has been active in the legislative process in both Springfield and Washington, D.C. He is currently a human rights advocate on behalf of multiple Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) before the United Nations.

We proudly operate conveniently located mediation centers in Joliet, Rock Island, and Dixon, Illinois. We also have access to additional facilities throughout the state. Upon request, we can conduct a mediation at a neutral office or via Zoom. However, in-person mediations are always preferred.

Fee
Structure
Melton Mediation Centers has a flexible fee structure. We charge $350 per hour for most cases. However, for more complex cases or those involving specialized scientific knowledge (such as medical malpractice or products liability), we charge $550 per hour.
